Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to the business and activity shown in your booking.

By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Your Booking

1.1 Check your details

Please check your confirmation and make sure the activity, date, time and group size are correct.

If something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible. The longer it is left, the less likely we may be able to change or fix the booking.

1.2 Confirmation

If you don't receive a confirmation, please contact us to make sure your booking went through.

2. Payments

2.1 Payment when booking

The amount due when booking will be shown at checkout.

Some bookings require a deposit or partial payment, while others may require full payment.

2.2 Remaining balance

Any remaining balance must be paid as shown in your booking confirmation.

3. Changes to Group Size

3.1 Adding people

You can usually add more people if there is space and the activity allows it.

3.2 Removing people

If your group gets smaller, the amount payable may not decrease where a minimum charge, fixed-price package or cancellation condition applies.

Fixed-price packages are charged at the agreed package price, regardless of how many people attend.

3.3 Package changes

Changes to packages or other booking arrangements are subject to availability and our approval.

Any changes to pricing will be confirmed before the booking is updated.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

4.1 More than 7 days before your booking

You can:

reschedule for free;
park your booking and choose a new date later; or
cancel for a refund.

4.2 Between 48 hours and 7 days before your booking

You can:

reschedule your booking; or
park your booking and choose a new date later.

Refunds aren't available during this period.

4.3 Less than 48 hours before your booking

Bookings can't be cancelled, rescheduled or parked within 48 hours of the scheduled start time.

Payments already made will be forfeited.

4.4 Exceptions

We may make exceptions where appropriate at our discretion.

5. Parked Bookings

5.1 What is a parked booking?

If you need to reschedule but don't know your new date yet, we can park your booking.

Your payment stays attached to the booking until you're ready to choose another available session.

5.2 Rebooking

Your new booking is subject to availability.

If the new booking costs more than the original booking, you'll need to pay the difference.

5.3 Refunds

Parked bookings can't be exchanged for cash or refunded simply because you later decide not to rebook.

6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

6.1 No-shows

If you don't attend your booking and haven't contacted us, your booking will be forfeited.

No-shows aren't eligible for a refund, reschedule or parked booking.

6.2 Late arrivals

Please arrive at the time shown in your confirmation.

If you're late, your session may need to be shortened so later bookings aren't affected.

If you're too late for us to run the activity, your booking may be treated as a no-show.

7. Activity Requirements

7.1 Activity rules

Each activity has its own age limits, clothing requirements, safety rules and other conditions.

These will be shown when you book or in your confirmation.

It is your responsibility to make sure everyone in your group meets these requirements.

7.2 Waivers

Some activities require participants to complete a waiver before taking part.

If a required waiver isn't completed, we may not be able to allow that person to participate.

8. Safety & Behaviour

8.1 Following instructions

Participants must follow staff instructions and activity safety rules.

8.2 Refusing or ending participation

We may refuse or stop participation if someone is:

under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
behaving dangerously;
abusive or disruptive;
damaging equipment or property; or
refusing to follow safety instructions.

A refund will not normally be provided in these situations.

9. If We Cancel

If we need to cancel your booking, you can choose to:

reschedule;
park your booking; or
receive a refund.

10. Large Groups & Special Bookings

Private events, large groups, special packages or other selected bookings may have different payment or cancellation conditions.

If different conditions apply, we'll show them before you book.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
